Products and Prices

- The prices mentioned include VAT;

- To the indicated prices will be added shipping costs in the final phase of the order, unless otherwise mentioned;

- The presented offer is limited to existing stock;

- Product colors may differ depending on the resolution and characteristics of the devices (computers, cell phones and tablets) used;

- My Golden Pet® reserves the right to change the marketing conditions of the presented products; 

- Prices and specifications of products contained in this website may be changed without prior notice;

- My Golden Pet® makes every effort to keep the information present on its website free of errors and cannot be held responsible for errors caused by third parties.

Order

- The customer can place orders through the online store or by email info@mygoldenpet.com;

- Whenever the ordered product does not exist in stock, My Golden Pet® will inform the customer about the forecast for its delivery;

- The cancellation of orders is possible whenever your request occurs before the shipment of goods;

- My Golden Pet® reserves the right not to accept an order.

Payment

- Failure to pay for an order within 72 hours will result in its cancellation;

- The customer may proceed with payment using the following methods:

MB Way

Make the transfer to number 916 039 982 (João Augusto Fernandes); 

Send an email to info@mygoldenpet.com or a message to WhatsApp (916 039 982) with the order number "#XXXX" and the mobile number through which the payment was made.

Bank Transfer

The expected date of delivery of the order is conditioned by the proper receipt of payment, so you should consider at least 2 more working days in the expected date of delivery of your order if you choose this form of payment. In case of payment not made within 48 hours after the moment of purchase, the order will be cancelled. You should follow these steps:

 Make the bank transfer to IBAN PT50 0035 0385 00005686 230 95 (Augusto Ferreira Fernandes);

 Send the transfer receipt to the email info@mygoldenpet.com, with the order number "#XXXX" in the subject of the email or put this same number in the description of the bank transaction.

PayPal

Credit Card

A safe and fast way to make your payment online. We accept payments with Visa, MasterCard and American Express. In addition to credit cards, it will be possible to pay online with debit cards that provide a security code (CSC) on the back of the card. Your card will be debited upon confirmation of availability of the items. 

Shipping

- The ordered items will only be sent after payment;

- The shipping is subject to the payment of postage which may vary depending on the geographical area;

- The client is responsible for the correct indication of the shipping address;

- Orders for delivery in boxes are not accepted;

- The shipping methods available in Portugal are Standard, Prioritary and Registered Mail;

- By Registered Mail you can follow the position of your order;

- International shipments are made by Priority Mail;

- For orders over $28, the shipping costs will be free by Correio Normal, for Portugal;

- It is your duty to fill in your address correctly. If an order is returned by incorrect address, you will be charged a new shipment.

Delivery time

- The expected delivery time for Continental Portugal is 2 to 8 working days, depending on the shipping method (Standard, Priritary and Registered Mail);

- Standard Mail: order arrives 2 to 8 working days after being sent;

- Prioritary Mail: order arrives 1 to 2 working days after being shipped;

- Registered Mail: order arrives 1 to 2 working days after it is shipped. This method allows you to track the position of your order;

- Products that require customization (such as engraving ID tags) may be subject to a longer delivery time;

- Shipments to Autonomous Regions and outside of Portugal may have a longer delivery time, to be defined on a case by case basis;

- In case of stock rupture, the customer will be contacted by email about the new expected delivery date, and may maintain or cancel the order.

Guarantee

- In the articles with warranty, My Golden Pet® will provide it under the terms and conditions established by the respective manufacturer.

Return or Exchange

- If there is any problem with the product or it does not fit your dog, you can send us the order back within 15 days after you received it. We will assume the shipping costs for a new product. However, you will have to bear the cost of shipping the product to our address before the exchange is made. Please contact us at info@mygoldenpet.com before sending a product;

- Return or exchange will only be allowed as long as the products are in their original format and have not been used.

Invoice Sending

- In order to protect the environment, we will send the invoice of your purchase to your email. This document, in pdf format, constitutes a legal equivalent of the traditional paper invoice, with the advantage of avoiding logging. However, if you would like to receive a paper copy, simply request it through our contacts. 

Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy

- At My Golden Pet® we appreciate the trust of all users and we are committed to ensuring the privacy of data collected and/or transmitted online, in line with the new General Data Protection Regulations (RGPD); 

- My Golden Pet® collects personal data from customers for the sole purpose of managing their orders and for marketing purposes, not giving them to third parties;

- All collected data is submitted voluntarily by users and is intended exclusively for use by My Golden Pet®, so their privacy and protection of data submitted is guaranteed;

- My Golden Pet® will adopt the security measures it deems necessary in order to protect the user from any possible misuse or unauthorized access to them;

- My Golden Pet® will only collect the information necessary to process the user's order and offer the best content, products and services;

- Additionally, with the user's consent, commercial information on My Golden Pet® products and services may be sent (newsletter);

- The only information that is automatically collected and stored during normal use of the website is information typical of server activity (cookies), which is used to generate statistics and measure website activity for the benefit of its users;

- This website uses cookies, which are understood as text files that identify the user's computer on the website server. Thus, the cookies used do not individually identify the user of the website and, therefore, do not constitute a tool for collecting personal data. It is prohibited any modification, reproduction, duplication, copying, distribution, sale, transmission, storage, total or partial disclosure, resale and other forms of exploitation, for commercial purposes or not, of the content of this site, unless express written permission from My Golden Pet ®.
